With a Bachelor of Business in Hospitality and Tourism and over 16 years of industry experience, Romina is responsible for designing creative and bespoke incentive programs for the international market. Romina brings strength in organisation and has a deep understanding of the customer experience which stems from her background in sales and operationally focussed roles in the fast-moving hotel and events sector. In her spare time, Romina enjoys going away with her family and friends.
