Alicia has over 15 years experience designing and operating events, conferences & incentives. With a strong attention to detail, she has a talent for seamless planning & project management, and loves creating bespoke experiences for her clients that are truly memorable. Alicia is passionate about working collaboratively with both stakeholders & suppliers, and always delivering superior service and results. Her career began at ID Events Australia many years ago, with a highlight being part of our team who delivered the Sibos conference for over 5,000 delegates in Sydney. Since then, she has acquired a wealth of multi-disciplinary event management experience, with a unique skill set extending across both corporate and creative roles in both Australia and the UK / Europe. Alicia is also a qualified floral designer & event stylist, with her personal passions including flowers, interiors, the beautiful Australian great outdoors, time spent with her two daughters, and in her country cottage garden.
